Loyalty Program

To reward you for your loyalty, we have set up a program that allows you to earn points with each purchase. So, from your first order, you'll earn points that will be credited to your account as soon as your order is delivered. Example:

1 euro of ordered items = 1 loyalty point

1 point is worth 5 cents. So when you order 100 euros worth of products, you get a discount of 5 euros. The points earned are calculated on the total TTC of the order, excluding postage.

You can also check your points balance by going to the menu in the "My Account" section.

How can I benefit from the discounts?

To use your discounts, click "convert loyalty points to discount" at the order confirmation stage. The amount of your discount will be automatically deducted from your order.

Your points are valid for one year from the last order placed on our e-shop. Orders that are cancelled or have benefited from the use of loyalty points do not earn points. Also, an order that benefits from the use of loyalty points is not cumulative with other discounts.

Note Bene: To qualify for free transport, the final order must reach a minimum of 60 TTC.

Terms of use:

RemèTerre reserves the right to change the conditions of the application of the loyalty program at any time.
To use your loyalty points, the minimum order amount is 45 euros - excluding postage.
It is not possible to accumulate loyalty points with other discounts (e.g. exceptional discount).
